VINIFICATION / AGING
Cold prefermentary maceration for 48 hours; 6 months’ maturation in concrete tanks.
Nose: red fruit and violets; the palate is supple, finishing with red fruit and spices.
To be served cool (between 53 and 57°F), with summer cuisine: grilled food or pasta with basil.
