VINIFICATION / MATURATION
Twenty-one days’ maceration; traditional vinification in stainless-steel tanks; matured for 18 months in wooden vats and barriques.

CHARACTER
Intense ruby hue; delicate nose with mature red fruit aromas; powerful and silky on the palate. May be laid down for 15 to 20 years.

ACCOMPANIMENT
Both full and long, this wine deserves to be tasted with a dish of character such as game in sauce, or red meat, slowly simmered in a casserole for example. We can also advise it with a chocolate-based dessert, which will sublimate the aromas of cocoa and toasted bread.
