Traditional vinification in stainless-steel tanks; An average two weeks vatting time; Aging of 12 month in concrete tanks.
CHARACTER
This Côtes du Rhône Villages is characterised by very strong aeomas of red fruits and liquorice. It combines the freshness of the Côtes du Rhône and the structure of a Châteauneuf du Pape.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Fruity and full-bolied, this wine goes well with grilled and roasted meat flavoured with thyme and rosemary. Il will enhance its aromas of Provençal herbs.
