Similar to that of the neighbouring Châteauneuf du Pape vineyard, consisting of pudding stones on the surface, which store the heat from the sun during the day and transfer it to the vines at night.

VINIFICATION /MATURATION
Traditional vinification in stainless-steel tanks; 8 to 10 days’ vatting, on average; 12 months’ maturation in concrete tanks.
CHARACTER
Just as elegant as Châteauneuf, this Côtes du Rhône combines structure and delicateness. Its red fruit aromas are predominant both on the nose and the palate.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Its structure is both powerful and silky, and you should enjoy it with a rib of beef or a rabbit terrine with rosemary.
