VINIFICATION /AGING
Traditional vinification in stainsless-steel tanks; An average two weeks vatting time; Aging of 12 month in concrete tanks.
CHARACTER
This Côtes du Rhône, rich and elegant, combines a good structure with delicacy. Red-berry aromas prevail in the smell and during the tasting.
ACCOMPANIMENT
This wine goes well with all sorts of meats as well as cheese.
